I no longer need my Insurance Policy. Will I receive a refund?
We are unable to issue a refund if your policy is over 14 days old, unless it is a Salon policy unfortunately.
Am I able to add treatment extensions to my Beauty policy at a later stage?
Yes, please note you would be required to pay an additional premium for the treatment(s) you wish to add, plus an administration fee.
Do you offer cover for Tattoo Removal or Botox?
We are unable to provide cover for Tattoo Removal or Botox at the present time.
Am I able to add someone to my insurance policy?
No. The Beauty / Hair / Nail insurance policies are for individual self-employed therapists only. Should you employ someone, you will need a Salon policy to ensure Employer’s Liability is in place.
What qualifications do I need to purchase an insurance policy through you?
Normally, we would ask that you hold a minimum qualification at NVQ2 Level or equivalent depending upon the treatments you wish to cover. For further details please refer to our Treatment Appendix which you can find on our website.
Can I pay by Direct Debit if I purchase an individual self-employed therapist policy?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a direct debit facility at this time on individual therapist policies. We do provide a Direct Debit payment facility for Salons however.
